The distribution of ordinary shares (IPO) issued by Emerging Nepal Limited to the public will allotment tomorrow at 3:30 pm ie; 04 Falgun, 2078.

 NIC Asia Capital Limited, the sales manager of the company's share issue, has informed that the IPO, which was opened from February 04 to 08, is scheduled to be distributed tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 pm.

As there are more applications than demand for the shares of the company, the shares will be distributed through round robin as per the Securities Issuance and Distribution Directive. Accordingly, out of the eligible applicants, only 51 thousand 670 people will get shares at the rate of minimum 10 lots.

 The company had issued 555,600 units IPO worth Rs 55,560,000. Out of the total issued shares, 5 percent or 26,100 unit shares have been allotted to the collective investment fund and 2 percent or 11,112 shares to the employees of the company.

 Besides, the general public has applied for 51,670 shares. The company's IPO received 53.87 times more, or 24,15,919 applications for 27,835,420 shares.

 51,670 applicants will get shares at the ratio of 10 units through round robin. Looking at the data, it seems that only 1 in 60 applicants have the probability of being allotted 10 units.
